Refund and Returns Policy
At Helium Nest, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our ergonomic furniture. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Returns (Damaged or Defective Items)
Since we deal in heavy-duty furniture, we only accept returns if:

The product is received in a damaged condition during transit.

The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., motor not working, frame misalignment).

The wrong product or color was delivered to you.
Note: You must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.
2. The “Unboxing Video” Requirement (Mandatory)
To protect both the customer and our business, we require an unboxing video for any damage claims.

Please record a video while opening the package for the first time.

If you notice any damage, the video will serve as proof for a quick replacement or refund. Without a clear unboxing video, we may not be able to process your claim.
3. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

After Shipping: Once the product has been dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, a two-way shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return

Damage caused by improper assembly or misuse by the customer.

Minor scratches or “change of mind” after the product has been unboxed and used.

Products without their original packaging.
6. Warranty vs. Return
Please note that if your desk develops a technical fault after the initial 7 days (like a motor issue), it will be covered under our 5-Year Comprehensive Warranty rather than the return policy. We will provide the necessary parts or technician support to fix it.
